This Veteran-focused nonprofit is turning gratitude into action
[Casselberry, FL] — November 6, 2025 — Veterans Cannabis Care, a Florida-based 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to improving Veterans’ quality of life, is helping Veterans remove financial barriers to medical marijuana access by covering all costs, including physician evaluations and state registration fees, during its Veterans Appreciation Event on Saturday, November 25. The event will take place at 909 FL-436, Casselberry, FL 32707, and Veterans must call 800-803-8525 to reserve an appointment in advance. The event is held in partnership with Eden Curated Cannabis and Marijuana Express M.D.
Since launching in 2021, Veterans Cannabis Care has helped more than 900 Veterans gain free access to Florida’s Medical Marijuana Program, providing a life-changing alternative to opioids and big pharma drugs for those living with PTSD, chronic pain, and depression.
Founded by Robb Harmon, President of Marijuana Express M.D., Veterans Cannabis Care was built on a simple principle: everyone deserves access to medical cannabis. Through his dual roles in clinical operations and advocacy over the last 7 years, Harmon has led one of Florida’s most compassionate access movements, helping 8000 patients navigate the certification process and offering 100% FREE evaluations Monthly for Veterans for the last 4 years. The organization’s work represents a new model of community-driven access within the cannabis industry, where social impact and patient care intersect. Veterans Cannabis Care is now building a nationwide network of doctors committed to donating two free cannabis evaluations per year for Veterans, expanding the mission beyond Florida.

Robb Harmon is an early trailblazer in Florida’s medical cannabis landscape, driven by a deep belief that everyone deserves access to Medical Cannabis, especially our nation’s Veterans.
