This year, the program has expanded to award five grants, each providing $500 in funding to support women-owned businesses and consultancies in the cannabis industry.
The Seeds of Change Small Business Grants celebrate and empower women entrepreneurs—especially Latinas and women of color—driving impact, innovation, and representation within the cannabis space. Women attending MJBizCon are invited to apply for the grants through December 4, 2025, with winners set to be announced live during the Latinas in Cannabis Takeover on Friday, December 5 at 12 PM on MJBizCon’s HUB Stage. A check presentation ceremony will take place as part of the celebration.
The Seeds of Change program encourages women across the cannabis industry to connect, collaborate, and grow—providing not only financial support but also visibility and community engagement during the industry’s largest global conference.
