Infused Lucky Charms Cereal Bar for St. Patrick’s Day

Lucky Charms cereal is one of my favorite cereals to make infused cereal bars with. With St. Patrick’s Day approaching, this recipe is the best way to get any stoner closer to finding the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. It’s quick, easy, and doesn’t require any baking. 

How to Make No-Bake Infused Lucky Charms Cereal Bars

Prep time: 15 minutes

Recipe difficulty: easy

Serves: 8 bars (or more, depending on potency) 

Kitchen Tools You’ll Need: 

  • Spatula

  • Large Glass mixing bowl 

  • Cooking spray  (to grease glass bowl) 

  • Medium-sized pot 

  • 8x8 pan

  • Parchment paper 

  • Mason jars 

  • Measuring spoons

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons cannabis butter 

  • 10 oz marshmallows

  • 6 cups Lucky Charms cereal

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract 

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tbsp malted milk powder 

Instructions for Infused No-Bake Lucky Charms Bars 

  1. Place butter into a stainless steel pot and melt on low-medium heat.

  2. While butter is melting, grab your large glass bowl & spray a light coating of cooking spray into bowl. Wipe up excess spray. 

  3. Add 6 cups of cereal into your large glass bowl.

  4. Once your butter is melted, Combine marshmallows with butter and stir until completely melted.

  5. Add in vanilla extract, salt & malted milk powder and mix until combined.

  6. Transfer marshmallow mixture to glass bowl & coat cereal until fully mixed. 

  7. Pour cereal mixture into a 8x8 lined pan with parchment paper.

  8. Once cereal mixture is poured evenly into pan, allow to set for 1 hour.

  9. Once chilled, use a sharp knife to cut into 8 pieces. Enjoy stoners!
