September 23, 2025 – Legendary genetics meet community empowerment as Crockett Family Farms and I Love Growing Marijuana (ILGM) team up for an exclusive seed drop, officially launching on International Latinas in Cannabis Day, September 30, 2025, at ILGM.com.
The first look at this groundbreaking collaboration will be revealed at the 3rd Annual Latinas in Cannabis Summit at The River LA on Saturday, September 27, 2025. Attendees will enjoy a live, interactive ILGM Grow Workshop, where guests will learn hands-on skills including the basics of seed germination, home cultivation, and more—culminating with the sneak peek unveiling of the Crockett Family Farms x ILGM seed drop.
“Partnering with ILGM for this exclusive drop is an exciting moment for us. ILGM has built one of the most trusted communities of growers, and now their customers will have the chance to grow with our family’s genetics. For the Crocketts, it’s always been about sharing more than seeds—it’s about passing on a piece of our story, our roots, and our love for the plant. We’re honored that ILGM is helping us bring that to even more growers around the world.” – Sue Surabian, aka Ranchera Mami, third-generation Latina farmer, social media personality, and Chief Marketing Officer at Crockett Family Farms
“At ILGM, we’re passionate about making growing accessible for everyone, from first-time hobbyists to seasoned cultivators. Working with Crockett Family Farms, a name synonymous with exceptional genetics and heritage, is a privilege. Together, we’re not only bringing quality seeds to market but also helping growers connect with the history and culture behind them.” – Ernst Rustenhoven, CEO of ILGM
“The Latinas in Cannabis Summit is about creating space for Latina voices and leadership within the global cannabis industry, and this collaboration represents exactly that—heritage, innovation, and representation. To have this historic seed drop announced on our stage, in front of a community that celebrates culture as much as cultivation, is an incredible honor.” – Susie Plascencia, Founder of Latinas in Cannabis and the Latinas in Cannabis Summit
Now in its third year, the Latinas in Cannabis Summit brings together entrepreneurs, activists, community leaders, and consumers to celebrate and empower Latina participation in cannabis. The mission of Latinas in Cannabis is to elevate visibility, create opportunities, and honor the contributions of Latinas across the plant-touching and ancillary cannabis space.
